1. This is Zhao Bing, he was born in January 1968.Now,he is the associate professor of Nanjing Forestry University School., the landscape architecture department of landscape architecture.His highest academic degree is Master of Science,and his was graduated in 2000.He is focus on the landscape engineering and technology, planning and design of architecture, tourism planning and management.

2. Last Monday,Zhao Bing came to our school and do a wonderful speech for our Grade 10 students . I got a lot of harvest and learned a lot after that speech.First,What is garden?It used plants, rocks,water...to build a beautiful design living room.It including park, plaza,natural scenic spots,green residential area......The main types of Chinese garden are:1. Royal garden 2.private garden 3.the temple garden 4. Scenic garden.

3. Then ,professor Zhao introduce the Suzhou Garden for us.It contains Shi zi lin,Humble Administrator's Garden, left Garden,and the Nets Garden.Shi Zilinis is one of the four famous garden in China.It has the history of 6 years, and it as known as "the Kingdom of rockery". Humble Administrator's Garden and the Summer Palace, Beijing, Chengde Mountain Resort, Suzhou Park to stay and were referred to as China's four major classical garden.

4. After that,Professor Zhao talked about the rocks and water.He said that the rocks are the bones of mountains,water are the pulse of the garden.I like this sentence very much.Mr,Zhao also told as the aaesthetic characteristics of the rocks.If a rock is beautiful and good, it should tall and straight of the strength of character,smooth flow of blood,visible. I think If I go to the garden next time,I will use this way to judge if a rock good or bad.

5. The speech didn't finished, but the time wasn't enough.So, I felt a little disappointed, I want to know more about the knowledge of Garden and design.I hope our school can held more activities like this,we will learn many extra-curricular knowledge and enjoy ourselves.Finally, I will do a small summary: I never contact with the information of the design of the garden,every time I went to the beautiful spots,I seldom know about the design and the layout of the place,so ,I didn't have the deep depression of all the spots I have been to. After this excellent speech, I know how to enjoy the scenes by myself, I know the history and the structure of the garden, I believe the trip will be more meaningful!
