Personal Health





























My mother and I went to the Kefei Keep Fit Club to do physical activities last 2 week. The Kefei Fit Club is in the Zhanjiang Road. It is near my aunt's house, So, My mother suggested me to do the exercise here twice a week, two week, and I agreed. The Kefei Keep Fit Club has professional counselor to teach us to do every machine.

We started the exercise on Jan 20Th.After having lunch at my aunt's home, My mother and I arrived ed the club at 2 P.M. The counselor introduced each machine to us and told us how to use it. First, I played the treadmill, I think it was the easiest one in this club, but after I doing it. It was not as easy as I see.At the beginning, I think it was too easy to do and didn't pay more attention on it. After 20 minutes later, the speed of the machine become faster and I felt tired. I didn't have enough energy to run.At last, I gave up~~The counselor told me that was because I seldom do the exercise,If I keep doing the physical activities,I won't feel tired in the short time.After having a rest, I did the treadmill from slow to fast.Even though I haven't got greatly improve,I believe after some time,I would do it better and better.I did the treadmill from 2p.m.~7 p.m. The sweat soaked my clothes and I felt very hot.On Jan 23Th,I went to the club too.I felt easier to do it and relaxed.

On Jan 25Th and 26Th, We went the club the third time.I tried some other machines. I don't know the machines' name, one of them just look like bicycle.They are all very hard to do.Some of the machines were very heavy and I don't know how to use them. Then the counselor taught me the way to use it. On 25Th, I only know the way to use the machines. On the second day, I played them many times and felt better.

After 4 days , I noticed the importance of the physical activities. I found that the benefits of the sports, It can make me have plentiful strength.I learned a lot in this club. If you want to keep fit, you must have determination and perseverance.We can't give up easily.If I give up easily, When I do the running machine at the beginning,I felt so tired and this duty was too tough to finish, but I knew that I must beyond myself and have the willpower.Then, I exercised and I did it at last.I am succeed! I think we must do the physical activities timely to keep fit.It is not only for your health,but only test your determination and perseverance.

I think P.E lesson is very important,So, We must do the physical activities from time to time.After doing exercises in the Kefei Keep Fit Club, I feel healthier and stronger than before.I have the confidence to do a good job in next term's P.E lessons.I hope we can take action to do the physical activities .
